STATUS: The team is aware of this issue and working on a fix. We don’t have a specific fix date for this, but we know it won’t be completed before the weekend. However, as noted by other players, rewards can still be collected from the events and we encourage you to play over the weekend to collect the rewards if that is your goal. Once we have more information we’ll let you know on the status of a hotfix to sort out the points and completion.

With the highest priority, we're still working on the fix for the Seasonal Festival Playlist points not getting awarded. Whilst we don't have an ETA to share yet, the team made some progress towards the resolution of the issue. Thank you for your patience.

速報ありがとうございます。
＞皆さんと同じように、イベントラボとトライアルの両方でポイントを獲得するのに問題がありました。報酬は獲得できましたが、ポイントは獲得できませんでした。
こういうコメントがあるのでトライアルとイベントラボがダメっぽいですね、新機能追加するのは結構だけどデバッグしてない感じだな、これだからアプデの多いゲームは好きになれない。私的には気に入った作品はゼロから何度もやり直せるほうがいいんだけどアプデ方式だとこれが難しいから嫌
