Following the community feedback, we have now reduced the requirement to earn the top tier rewards in Festival Playlist from 100% to 80%. This does include all players who completed above 80% in Summer. The update will start to roll out later today in #ForzaHorizon4 pic.twitter.com/mTtQOB6P4n

PGのTwにより、夏のFestivalプレイリストについても適応されるので、昨シーズンに80%を超えていればPorsche 914が入手できるようです。
