今回は.NET 4用とWindows Phone 7(!)用のバイナリが公開されています。

一応今回よりRuby 1.9.2コンパチブルとなったようです。

ronRuby 1.1.1 is the last release from Microsoft before turning it to the new non-Microsoft coordinators. See Jason’s blog post that announces this transition for details.

とあるとおりMSからリリースされる最後のものになります。
